Bill Viola is profiled in The Guardian this week, following the opening of his new long-term installation, Martyrs at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, featuring videos of people engulfed in frames or hung upside down. “These people are left for dead and don’t expect to live,” Viola says. “That’s all I’ll say.”
