Phillips has announced plans to open its first location in Hong Kong, an expansion that sees the company living up to claims that it wants to be more aggressive in the current market. “We are going to do our best to align Phillips with these new contemporary art movements worldwide,” says recently appointed CEO Edward Dolman.
