Aby Rosen must pay $7 million in settlement to cover taxes he failed to pay on over $80 million worth of art he purchased in recent years. “Law-abiding New Yorkers should not be stuck footing the bill for those who fail to pay their fair share,” state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said of the case.
