The National Endowment for the Humanities and the National Endowment for the Arts will reopen Monday, as a crucial season for grantmaking begins in D.C.  “I want to underscore that since they are being taken off furlough, [employees] will receive all of their salary and benefits,” says NEH Chairman Jon Parrish Peede.
