Ticket office is open 30 minutes prior to the first showing at 8:30 am. Go early! I went at 8:30 am on a Sunday, and was able to make the 9:00 group. On the chanel-mobile website it says you NEED A RESERVATION and even lists that reservations are currently available for Sept 23. But- no number to call. So I have no idea how to get a reservation. Similar to Fashion Week- I guess the lucky ones that get in "know somebody" so.....I guess you need to get busy dating a rock star in order to get into this thing....????
