A Hans Holbein the Younger portrait of Jane Seymour, Queen of England from 1536-1537, has been discovered in Cambridge.  The painting has hung unnoticed on the wall of a town house in the city for over 100 years.  Consultants identified the sitter and further tests traced the painting’s date to around 1532.
