The Guardian reports on the seemingly minor impact of the Knoedler Gallery fraud on buying enthusiasm in recent months.  “A case like this tends to wake people up,” prosecutor Jason Hernandez, the lead prosecutor in the criminal investigation says. “It touched such a well-known gallery in addition to how much money was involved.”
