London dealer Timothy Taylor is opening an exhibition space in Chelsea.  The space, titled 16X34 due to the dimensions of the building, will open this September with a show of work by Luis Barragán.  “New York is the engine of the contemporary art world — it sets the tone for the market in many ways,†Taylor says.
