David Hockney has been commissioned to design a stained-glass window at Westminster Abbey, commemorating the reign of Queen Elizabeth.  “I’m not atheist, but I’m not a supporter of any organized religion. You can’t legislate religion. There’s always that question,” he says. “What happens when we die?â€
