The Elmgreen and Dragset-curated 2017 Istanbul Biennial will center around the theme “A Good Neighbor,” Artforum reports.  The show was announced at a press conference and performance featuring 40 questioners inquiring as to what constitutes a good neighbor.  The show will notably feature a series of worldwide billboards devoted to the concept.
