The Art Newspaper looks at market health in France, and the possible impacts the coming election could have on its strength in the coming months.  “Within a complicated global context, Paris is doing better than expected, and is gaining strength against other components of the international art market,”says Nicolas Orlowski of Artcurial auction house.
