As Berlin prepares for the construction of the Museum of Modern Art in its Kulturforum, a petition is calling for a more open and public discussion of the merits and risks of the project.  The petition also calls for transparency in the project’s budget, stating that the current money pledged to the project is likely not enough to cover its completion.
