The estate of painter James Rosenquist has named Thaddaeus Ropac as its global representative, the Financial Times reports.  “Jim’s work and legacy is in great hands,†says Mimi Thompson Rosenquist, board director of the estate and the artist’s widow.  The gallery is offering his work The Meteor Hits the Swimmer’s Pillow at Art Basel this week.
