The Outsider Art Fair is preparing to open up shop in Basel, the New York Times reports. “It’s not going to be a smaller version of Art Basel or something,” Andrew Edlin, the owner of the Outsider Art Fair, says. “You know when you walk in, you’re entering a whole different thing.”
