Collector Andre Sakhai is suing dealer Inigo Philbrick over a Wade Guyton work he had agreed to buy, but which he claims the dealer sold to another party without his knowledge. “Since the time that the fraud was revealed several months ago, we are seeing more victims coming forward to claim what is rightfully theirs,†says Judd Grossman, a lawyer representing Sakhai.
