NYT Writes on Dealers Using Instagram to Sell Works

The NYT has a piece this week on the increasing focus and emphasis auction houses and dealers are placing on Instagram to sell work. “I often get contacted by collectors about specific objects I’ve shown on Instagram, and then that turns into a different conversation,” says Matt Carey-Williams, the London-based deputy chairman for Europe and Asia at Phillips.
