Richard Serra has been named the 2015 WSJ Art Innovator of the Year, and is profiled in the magazine discussing his practice, and the recent completion of his work East-West/West-East in the deserts of Qatar.  “A lot of people wanted to reduce sculpture to object making,” says art critic and historian Hal Foster, “but he reclaimed sculpture for space making.”
