The Spanish Civil Court has ruled that the Salvador Dalà Foundation has no legal standing to protect the artist’s image, the Art Newspaper reports.  The decision backs up previous decisions in Spanish courts, which found that the foundation did not have grounds to defend the artist’s image rights.
