Actor Leonardo DiCaprio has offered to turn over Jean-Michel Basquiat and Pablo Picasso works given to him by Malaysian financier and art collector Jho Low, works which were believed to be purchased with funds from the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).  The account, full of government money, was spent on personal excesses and extravagant gifts.
