The ICA Los Angeles is set to open its doors this fall in a former garment factory in downtown Los Angeles, the Art Newspaper reports. “The primary thing we’d like to achieve as an institution is to make this feel like a welcoming space for a public that might otherwise feel intimidated,†says curator, Jamillah James.
