The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is now offering a $10 million reward for information that leads to the return of its notorious stolen works, but only through the end of 2017, in hopes that the doubled reward will encourage tips on the missing works. “Right now we’re laser-focused on this deadline,” says museum spokeswoman Kathy Sharpless. “Clearly there’s a sense of urgency on our part. We want our paintings back.”
