A new art and design fair, Object & Thing, will open in Brooklyn this May, with a new structure that sees all sales at the event paying a percentage to the event. “The idea was really to equally balance and represent art programs and design programs,” says founder and former artistic director of Frieze Art Fairs. “I’m really happy that it’s very international while also being able to include a lot of local New York programs.”Read more at Art News
