A third room of the exhibition returns to canvas, featuring his Egomania series of paintings of varying depth.
In 1997, he was awarded both the Louis Sudler Prize and the Thomas H. Hoopes Prize. He was recipient of the Robert Schoelkopf Fellowship in 2001. His works are included in the permanent collections of the Yale University Art Gallery, as well as Harvard’s Fogg Art Museum and New York’s Museum of Modern Art and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
