The Italian porn star Ilona Staller recently sued her ex-husband Jeff Koons in a claim claims $2.3 million (£1.15 million) due on child support. Ilona Staller aka “La Cicciolina” (which means “the little fleshy one” according to Wikipedia) claimed in New York State Court that her ex-husband has to date only paid $310,600 in child support for their son, Ludwig, since they divorced in 1998. Jeff Koons is known as one of the highest-paid living artists.

At this time, the judge ordered that the child stayed in New York but Staller took her son back to Italy with her. Koons, a former Wall Street commodities broker, spent almost $4 million trying to get his son back to United-States. Koons once described the child as a “biological sculpture.” In November 2003, he told a US newspaper: “I always felt my government would do the right thing and get my child back. Now I realize that I might not be able to see and live with my child again.”

I think that if he spent that amount of money trying to get his son back to the place he was ordered to remain, well, there goes the money for the support!! She had no business taking him to Italy! Plus, if you ask me, she should be taken into custody for kidnapping. Not to mention her line of work!! Just terrrible!

I wouldn’t say she is so awful just because she is a pornographic star. Jeff Koons did participate in some of the pornography too because after they got a divorce he had giant hardcore photographs of him and his ex having sex surrounding the other sculptures he’s “created.” And as for calling his kid a “biological sculpture,” that just makes me think he views his life and his child as a performance piece/sculpture and I doubt that’s a healthy living situation for his kid. Try not judging someone just because of their profession. Just because she works in the porn industry doesn’t mean she’s a shitty person

So, Burns, by “her work,” do you mean as a porn star, as an environmentalist, a pop singer, or as a minister of the Italian parliament?
By the way her name means “cuddles.” Don’t know where anyone got that other name. There’s an interesting essay about her in one of Umberto Eco’s essay collections, can’t recall the title, sorry.
