Anish Kapoor announced as the label designer for Chateau Mouton Rothschild 2009. Mouton has commissioned a different artist to produce its label every year since 1945, including Picasso, Andy Warhol, Chagall, Joan Miró, Salvador Dali and Francis Bacon. [AO Newslink]

First Windermere affiliate opens in Leavenworth.(THE BUZZ: TIPS RUMORS AND MISCELLANEOUS PIECES OF BUSINESS INFORMATION)
Wenatchee Business Journal December 1, 2005 Windermere Real Estate has opened its first affiliate in Leavenworth. Known as Windermere Real Estate/NCW, the office is located at 1133 Highway 2 in 1,800 square feet of a commercial building just across from the Ranger Station. Steve Hildahl is also co-owner of Windermere’s affiliate in Wenatchee and is the general manager of Spokane’s Manito and Palouse offices.
The office will cover residential resale, new construction, commercial, and land and development transactions. According to Hildahl, much of the Leavenworth home market centers on second home sales to Seattle-area consumers, and he puts the average price of a single family home in the Leavenworth area at $240,000. website windermere real estate
Windermere Real Estate/NCW currently has nine agents, with Hildahl anticipating a total of at least 12 experienced local agents. Local realtor Jerry Paine has signed on as branch manager of the Leavenworth office.
