A Picasso painting valued at €25 million was seized from a superyacht belonging to former Santander bank VP Jaime Botín this week, after the work left Spain, reportedly en route to Switzerland. The work had been placed under export bar by the Spanish government, resulting in its seizure off the coast of Corsica.
