Richard Prince is once again the subject of a copyright infringement lawsuit, after photographer Donald Graham filed suit on December 30th, alleging that the artist reproduced his image Rastafarian Smoking a Joint without notification or compensation. The lawsuit comes mere months after Prince won his last lawsuit over infringement.
