Dealer Guy Wildenstein’s fraud trial has been delayed, after judges referred a decision to a separate court on whether or not Wildenstein was being unfairly prosecuted for combined criminal and administrative tax charges.  A ruling on the matter is expected before May 4th.Read more at NYT
