Art dealer Glafira Rosales, one of the central figures in the Knoedler Gallery fraud case, has been ordered by a NYC court to pay $81 million to the victims of the fraud. “Glafira has taken responsibility for her role in the situation and regrets any harm that people have suffered,” her attorney, Bryan C. Skarlatos said.
