The Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court ruled has dismissed a court case against the family of art dealer and collector Yris Rabenou Solomon over ownership of four works from the collection of the late art historian, critic, and collector Paul Westheim, the onetime publisher of the German art magazine Das Kunstblatt.
