Frank Cohen, the Mancunian billionaire and art lover, has announced plans to open a free art gallery in the Bloomsbury area of London. Â The new space, situated in the former depot for Express Dairies, has already drawn comparisons to Charles Saatchi’s Chelsea location, and has been purchased in partnership with fellow collector Nicolai Frahm. Â “We’re trying to give London another space which has a completely different feel.” Says Cohen.
