Little more than one week has passed since Christie’s CEO Steven Murphy announced he will be leaving his post, but the auction house is already seeing more position changes, as Doug Woodham, president of its Americas division for the past two years, has announced he will step down.  Jussi Pylkkanen will be taking over for Murphy.  “Jussi Pylkkanen will be responsible for the global management of Christie’s art specialist community and for the global development of client engagement,†Christie’s said in a statement.
