David Geffen has given a massive, $100 million gift to the Museum of Modern Art, which will aid substantially in the museum’s expansion plans.  “When I worked in the mailroom at the William Morris agency I used to brown bag it at the sculpture garden of the Museum of Modern Art,†Geffen says. “It’s where I developed my interest in post-World War II art.â€
