The U.S. Justice Department is targeting art works and other holdings for seizure in its case against Malaysian financier Jho Low, including some of the high-profile pieces purchased by the financier with money from the disputed 1MDB fund.  The billionaire’s holdings include works by Monet and Van Gogh.
