Russia’s Garage Museum is expanding to St. Petersburg with plans for programming on New Holland Island. Its first exhibition, “Experiences of the Imaginary” will feature nine emerging Russian Artists through September 25th. The expansion plan is part of a development proposal by Roman Abramovich’s Millhouse Capital.  Read more at Art News and Boulin Art Info
