The self-professed “art detective” Arthur Brand is now claiming he is 100% positive that the paintings stolen from the Isabella Stewart Gardener Museum are in Ireland, CBS News reports. “We have had talks with… former members of the IRA – and after a few Guinnesses, after a few talks – you can see in their eyes that they know more,” Brand says.
