Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev has filed a $380 million lawsuit against Sotheby’s, claiming the auction house’s involvement in the purchase of a series of works from Yves Bouvier.  Rybolovlev claims the auction house “materially assisted the largest art fraud in history.”
