Jenny Holzer is working with students in Chicago as part of her You Vote program, placing messages on a series of LED billboard trucks.“Students wanted more, they wanted to participate in getting out the vote,†says Christine Mehring, a professor of art history at the college and an adjunct curator at the Smart Museum of Art who worked on the project.
