The Art Newspaper looks at the expansion of the Victoria and Albert Museum into Scotland, as the institution plans an exhibition space in the city of Dundee. The expansion is “part of an ambitious program to make our collections and expertise more widely available to the public and to promote…the UK creative economy,” according to museum director Martin Roth.
