Hurricane Matthew Shutters Miami’s ICA

The ICA Miami is closed this week as it prepares for the potential flooding and damage of Hurricane Matthew.  “I cannot emphasize enough that everyone in our state must prepare now for a direct hit,” Florida Governor Rick Scott said at press conference this week. “That means people have less than twenty-four hours to prepare, evacuate, and shelter. Having a plan in place could mean the difference between life and death.”
