Miami-Dade College has been legally ordered to pay the legal fees for art dealer Gary Nader following litigation over Nader’s failed attempts to build a cultural center at the school’s campus. Nader alleged that the school had conspired with another bidder in the attempt to redevelop a parking lot in downtown Miami that resulted in his failed attempt to build a museum.
