A group of protestors were arrested outside Art Institute of Chicago on Monday after blockading Michigan Avenue in protest over one trustee’s alleged complicity in cuts to higher education funding. The activity called on trustee Kenneth Griffin to “push for free, fully funded public higher education, funded by taxes on corporations and the rich.”
