A group of art world professionals have penned an open letter over Kassel’s plans for the future of Documenta, expressing concern over the resignation of director Annette Kulenkampff. The letter challenges the assertion that there “has been no proof whatsoever of (Kulenkampff’s) culpability” for the program’s budget deficits “which arose through a program concept for which all parties shared responsibility.”
