Artists Hank Willis Thomas and Eric Gottesman have founded their own Super PAC, For Freedoms, which will raise funds to promote and present political perspectives on major issues for the 2016 U.S. elections, and to“elevate and expand the dialogue that no longer exists in our sound-bite culture, its ‘gotcha’ tactics, or in its oversimplified conversations,” Gottesman says.
