Van Gogh ‘Sunflowers’ Featured in NYT

The NYT looks at the different versions of Van Gogh’s Sunflowers, and the differing materials used to create some of his most iconic works. “Though the basic palette is the same, there were different colors that were used, differences in paint texturing, and his brushwork is different,” says Ella Hendriks, a professor of conservation and restoration at the University of Amsterdam.
