Arthur Jafa, Lithuanian Pavilion Take Home Golden Lions This Year in Venice

The awards for the 58th Venice Biennale have been announced, with the Lithuanian Pavilion’s operatic beach installation taking home the Golden Lion for best exhibition, Arthur Jafa winning the Golden Lion for best artist in the main exhibition, and Jimmie Durham winning the Lifetime Achievement award.  A full list of awards is included below:

Golden Lion for Best National Participation:
